This is such a great product for staying on task when you go on the internet etc. I wish it was a little cheaper but you can tell it's high quality. Great for ADHD or just getting through the to do list for visual learners.

I bought this for myself.I recently stopped ADHD meds, because of the negative side effects. So I am now trying to manage my adhd with natural methods.This clock with board is very effective.One of my problems is that I know that I should be focusing on a task (main quest) but I end up doing lots of side quests instead 😆.This board won’t allow that.I divide the main quest by steps, and start the clock. I find 15 - 20 mins will help better than1 hr.With 1 hr it feels like you have time for side quests, or rest a bit, vs. with 15 - 20 mins you are on a race! We all know how much our adhd brain loves races, so it has been working great.I’m glad that I bought it with the whiteboard, it really works for accountability.

This is a helpful tool for time management. It helps me manage my time, write down everything I want to do, and it's small and portable enough to fit anywhere. It's also magnetic.The beeper isn't too loud and can be silenced in the back in needed. The back of the board is just like the front, so you can write there as well. I love the section in the back that lets you store your markers.Yes, this is pricey. It's very worth it if you have severe ADHD, time blindness, and need to try something new. I've let others (family, students, kids) use it too, and it's a nice little helpful thing for many uses. Not the worst impulse-buy!

This is my third time timer. I use this one to track my pomodoros and it helps me stay on task for work items. If I get distracted, am interrupted or have to step away for a second, I can see my current work and jump right back in!
