Very easy to buy the extended warranty. Equally easy activation, just need to fill some details on the purchase and upload the invoice copy. Warranty extension can be verified on the brand's website which is the ultimate authenticity.

2-year Extended Warranty is probably good to have, after the default warranty period of 1-year, that comes together with the purchase, expires. However, I think a PC from a reputed company like Lenovo needs to work flawlessly for at least 3 years from the date of purchase, under normal usage conditions, without having to purchase this extended warranty.

It's a very good product. Contact the seller support on main to confirm the product before purchasing. They will guide you to correct item. Then it is easy as filling a form. My warranty extension was reflected on the Lenovo site on the next working day.

The warranty card details are on the label pack. The card itself is a brochure. On updating the details, they say laptop already has base warranty so they can give only one year extension or conversion to ADP. So better to confirm if required for extension prior to purchase.

I received this product on 6th Jul. I have activated, my extended warranty on the same day, but I am not sure how it got activated for me from 16th October, I have tried Lenovo customer care multiple times but they did give any response.Next day on 7th Jul, I got a call from TPS customer care about extended warranty activation and they have changed the warranty start date(from 6th Jul), they have done this job in 2 working days, which is appreciated.Moreover, they have suggested an accidental warranty plan for 3 years, which is worth of 850/- rupees, total I have spent 3300/- for both extended and accidental benefits for 3 years.I sincerely appreciate the customer service for their prompt and faster resolutions
