It might just go in. It measures 16 in across on the outside. A normal laptop won't fit in that measures 14.5 in. It's too wide.

The strap extends to around 45 inches, so unless you have a particularly large body, yes.

It's not waterproof nor water resistant. But I have used it in the rain (not a downpour) without stuff inside getting damp. I would say it is slightly paler yes.

Depends on the size of the flask, I carry a lot of man stuff about, lunch, drink, laptop, chargers, notes, etc etc, great bag, lasting well
