Really pleased with the dash cam following initial receipt. It was easy to set up the camera and the mount, pretty easy to use the camera and upload files, though the manual could be improved. The USB wire clips I found to be poor though as the adhesive was not very strong, not a major issue just a niggle. Having used it very happily and successfully for several weeks though, the metal housing in the dash cams USB charging port became dislodged and actually disappeared inside the internal workings of the camera..OK so why a 5-star review?Quite simply Zero Edge Technology customer support were amazing. A few emails and a photo of the problem brought about a swift response over the course of a weekend. From initially raising the issue on a Thursday evening I had received a new dash cam free-of-charge by the following Tuesday, via Amazon Prime. Zero Edge didn't even ask for the original dash cam back, stating it would put me out in respect of both time and money. I couldn't have been more impressed with the speed and courtesy of their response.The replacement dash cam is working perfectly thus far and the USB port housing seems sound, so it was probably a one-off build quality issue and not a design flaw. As soon as I can spare the cash I am planning on getting a second Z3-Edge dash cam for the rear windscreen.

Hands down the worst electronic product I have bought in a very long time. Returning it for a refund.I must admit that I am very much into electronics goods and usually only purchase from big brands because their products are generally better. On this occasion the Z-edge seemed to suit my needs better and comes with a memory card so also seemed good value for money, I was wrong.From opening the box this product did not look or feel like an £80 Dash Cam, it's appears to be low cost generic Chinese manufactured kit. Hopeful that the electronics inside might make up for the cheap build I went ahead and fitted in my van, the mounting bracket is poor and difficult to mount the camera solidly, my disappointment now deepens. The User Interface is reminiscent of products from 10 years ago, not logical or well presented. The motion detection and G-sensor are erratic and barely useable.I've used it now for 2 work shifts and after some set up tweaks all appears to working, red record on, great. Time to review the footage but I can't see an recordings on the device. I've then taken it inside and connected to the PC but it isn't recognised by my laptop so I've then taken the memory card out and plugged that in and it's not recognised either. I'd like to comment on it's recording quality but as yet I have not been able to persuade it to record anything I can view.Unfortunately, I cannot find any redeeming features to mention so nothing positive to say really. Others have posted very positive reviews that influenced me to purchase this product but my experience has not been positive, maybe I've recieved a poor one but I just don't know. Certainly I am going to purchase from a major brand like Garmin or Nextbase next time.

I purchased 2 of these dash cams one for my car and one for my husband's. We opened the box and everything was in there including an SD Card brilliant and it only took us about 15 - 20mins to set them up and install in our cars. I love the larger screen and it starts up immediately you switch on the ignition, in fact it starts up when I shut the door so great G Sensor very useful when parked in case anyone bumps your car. It also has a built in battery which charges up quite quickly. The suction cup works well and you can adjust the angle of the camera while it is attached to the fitting. The picture quality on screen is very good and we are very pleased with our purchase so far. We have not checked the video on our PC or TV yet but I am sure it will be good too. The buttons to change options i.e switch on/off Mic etc are placed on the sides which I would prefer to be on the front but once you get used to which button is for what it is not a problem (just my preference). So all in all very pleased with our purchase and I would rate the dash cam as excellent and worth the price, there are cheaper ones out there and we have bought others but all had to be sent back due to developing faults. I will update my review if we encounter any problems in the future but reading other reviews the customer service seems to be top notch.

Mine worked great for just over a month; clear videos, good sound, nice build quality.Then it stopped recording (annoying 'cause I needed the footage it should have captured!) and then fried two SD cards at a cost of £20 each. Not sure what went wrong (it was just sitting in the car, as it's designed to do), but Amazon was great and replaced it, even though the returns window had closed.Went with a different model for the replacement.

Its very very good car dash cam. Video quality is good. Value for money.
