Jarrow Formulas Methyl Folate (60 Capsules), 1 Units

I was advised to take these to keep my vitamin levels right for helping my autoimmune thyroid condition- hashimotos- I'm vegan so these are perfect.I'm not great at swallowing big tablets but these are small and go down easily, with no nasty taste or smell.The only gripe I have is that the container they're in is stuffed with cotton wool, to keep them from rattling around in transit I guess? but once removed it's a bit of a shock to realise they're in a bigger bottle for the amount and size of them. However, 60 tabs at one a day means they last me and I think they're reasonably priced. I'm happy with them, they work, so they've become a regular purchase of mine.

Im ttc and have used this product for about a year now with no concerns.I recently had a full blood count and my folate levels are 14.17ug (considered normal).

When received this item didnt have any seal around the top and there was no support cotton inside, this product looks completely different from other Methyl folate I have taken, this item seems inauthentic and will be returned as it looks opened already. unhappy
