These neck pillows are so soft and helps with neck pain! We took this on a long haul flight, and my neck didn't feel stiff at all. You can adjust how you want it positioned and it doesn't feel suffocating.

I used them on the airplane, at the airport on layovers, and on the six hour journey on a bus to our final destination, then the trip back.Pros:1. Overnight delivery.2. Very comfortable memory foam.3. Large enough to support my neck and head.Con:1. The large size was hard to compress. Most of the time I carried it attached to the outside of the backpack.I would recommend it.3. The foam was larger enough to give good support.

I just now used it for the first time and the string that holds it together tore. Good pillows but won't last. I am past my return date

Love these pillows. Very soft and comfortable but they do have a chemical smell when you first take them out of the package.
