My Grandson loves this gift. He has worked over every switch and light many times. Great for learning switches, buttons and how to get the lights working. Keeps him busy and focused for a good twenty minutes at a time. That is a long time for an 18 month old

Perfect except for the black connection piece. It’s like an old school media connector with pins that have to line up. Frustrating for toddlers. The rest is very cool though and the kids loved the variety and the foot steps I bought it for travel on the plane along with another one that was different. Was traveling with twins and didn’t want two of the same. This one is a little large for fitting in a backpack but perfect for at home or in the car. I like that you can turn it off with one button. The twins are 21 months old and really enjoyed all the lights and switches. They left it on overnight and the batteries were still fine 2 weeks later with daily play. Little kids are so into lights and switches. This is a great toy. I was so excited to find something a little different than other toys. This helps with developing their fine motor skills and teaches cause and effect. And it’s durable. Real wood. It’s been dropped several times and is still perfect. Maybe the black cord will be a challenge for them to figure out but so far it seems to annoy them. lol Just hope the pins don’t break off. It’s like an sdi cable. I’d rather have a plug instead of this and that is the ONLY reason I didn’t give it 5 stars.

Wife told me I need to write a review. This little light board is super fun. Kids keep coming back to it. It doesn't make noise... which I LOVE.Solid feeling. One cable broke after excessive pulling. Which. You can't fault the maker for. But the plug still lights up, so it still "works".

Grandson has not used it yet but after playing with it myself I’m sure he will enjoy

I bought this for a road trip with my 2 year old son. It kept him busy sooo much longer than I expected! There is no noise, which is nice. It is just on off switches, lights and plugs. It is small enough and lightweight that he kept it in his lap and used it on his own without help

Our 1 year old likes switches and buttons so this was great. The reason for 4 stars is that the power switch looks like all the rest. To some this may be great as a child learns a little signal flow, to me it just keeps our child from playing when the lights don’t light up.

For imaginative play, this is the best toy. Good for little kids, but also great for bigger kids that like imagine all sorts of scenarios. We highly recommend this toy.
