Tension belt into engine pulley. 2. Then stretch the strap over the tensioner to the side of the drum (the dryer may have more than one tensioner or none at all). 3. Slowly turn the drum (with pressure on the strap) and the strap is clamped (it mounts like a bicycle chain). (See photo).
