Bought this in hopes of loosing some tension in my shoulders and neck caused by an accident last year. My neck in particular has been damaged so that I wasn't always able to turn my head in certain directions, look far up, hold my head whilst reading or making fast turns. After a few uses mobility has greatly increased and some of the pain from the tension has decreased though there is still a long way back to normal. This is great!

Amazing.Lead down on it first and thought it was mildly uncomfortable and wouldn’t work.The after a few mins waves of warm started pulsing in my back.After 20 mins I felt amazing.After lifting from the mat my back clicked loads and warmth rushed to all my sore spots and felt just like they do after a deep tissue.I feel I haven’t been as much fibromyalgia plain and my anxiety drop a lot after use.Definitely works better if you relax and think about the the Mat rather than being on your phone or something but still helps either way

Super. It's hurts but a good hurt. If you can use to going to sleep on it you will get a great night sleep.

Ive used a mat like this before and now have the pillow it works so well..and I would recommend anyone with neck or back pain or stress to quickly get this product
