Arrived today with solder broken on one of the hooks so that it wobbles around and the screw head that holds it in has been sheared off so can't be tightened. Also the quality of the cast is rough and has impurities on the face. I'm very disappointed in the quality which is sad because it is a lovely design. It will still look nice on the wall.

Great Christmas present for my animal mad twenty something daughter. Mostly she hangs her clothes on her bedroom floor. Thus the floordrobe. but now she can at least hang her dressing gown on the back of her bedroom door. This is a really nice casting, not perfect but attractive and sturdy. it is good size overall .

Until you see it 'in the flesh' you don't realise quite how big this is. I was genuinely impressed with the quality and robustness. It is not cheap 'knock-off' type item, it is heavy, sturdy and I cannot see anything on it breaking through poor manufacture. Good detail and the aged rusty effect is good.

Deer head coat hook turned up with one hook snapped off. Only offered half refund if I wanted to keep it at first but item was useless so wanted full refund. Which I got in the end.

I love this item and have actually bought several, they are a nice little talking point and it does the job very well.

Brought as a present and inspected before sending.Whilst it was smaller than expected, it is a sturdy heavy item that has since been installed and used regularly.No paint chipping, no fuss. It will definitely not hold with glue if anyone is wondering.

We have two of these hooks. They are really nice looking, bigger than I thought they would be. They are VERY heavy, so hang with care. Wall plugs needed! But they look wonderful in our vestibule and fit with our decor. A good purchase!

Bought this for our hot tub hut to hang our robes. Lovely design and very sturdy. Would highly recommend. Good value for money.
