The banner supplies need to be put together (pieces come separate) and the balloons have a really strong odor. Aside from that, it’s a good set for a dog party.

Everything great but Balloons
I would have given 5 stars had it not been for the Balloons. They had a terrible chemical smell to them. They smelled like paint thinner. We could not use them due to this.
