Q: Is the cream colour a definite cream or more like a soft white?

They are cream but on the side of a soft white. Can be returned if not suitable.

Q: What is the maximum wattage for these shades?

Ours are 40 watt candle bulb, they may take 60 watt but I would check with the company.

Q: I need 8 shades is it possible

Q: Will this shade fit a wall sconce fixture with a larger LED bulb?

We ordered these for our wall sconces and they fit perfectly, although do check that they will fit from wall to bulb! As for the larger bulb size, the fittings are of wire for a snug fit but there should be a little bit of flex to fit a larger bulb. We have long life saver bulbs in the candle shape on ours and again they fit perfectly.
