But, when I managed to contact the sellers directly the person I spoke with on the phone was very understanding.I was sent another box to replace the previous one within 2 days of contacting them directly. He's a english staffy 5mths old....a growing pup 15kg atm....the dimensions for size dogs needs to be revised! It's more for small dogs. However, the quality and design is great! Beautiful product!!

I ordered 3 of these for my chow chows, was sceptical as the dimensions was smaller than a general large size dog crate, I set one up tested each dog inside and they all have just the right amount of room, easy to put together very heavy and good quality happy with purchase I would say a dog bigger than my breed (chowchow up to 24kg) would not fit with good moving space wish they was a slight bit bigger but other than that can’t fault it

Build quality excellent. There are no places for dogs to get noses or collars trapped

Don’t get me wrong this is a lovely crate, very aesthetically pleasing, well made seems very strong and sturdy. However I think they need to change the sizing recommendations. Majority of the breeds they say will fit in this most definitely won’t! This is for small dogs I wouldn’t even said medium dogs would have enough room to be comfortable. They have it advertised with a golden retriever inside and stated a few large breeds dogs and they most definitely would not actually fit inside this crate. Very misleading information and I think should be changed to smaller breeds. It’s a lovely crate but definitely some misleading information and this should be change to avoid further disappointment. I recommend this if you have a smaller breed it would be perfect

This crate was a lot more sturdy than i expected, didn’t take long too assemble and looks lovely. Our new puppy hopped on in and settled down for a sleep. Looks nice in living room too.

This was definitely value for money. Very good quality.
