I'm not going to say this is a bad product, It is smart and well-finished, complete as described, and does what it says it does. It is a matter of expectations. If you are expecting a "Shelf", you may be disappointed. If you think a 'shelf' is something that sits dead level and can be used to stack china plates or volumes of books, then you will be disappointed. The operative word has to be 'flimsy'. Firstly, it is not a plank of wood. Part of the 'well-finished' is that it does look like a plank of wood, but is actually a hollow box made from hardboard, which is a highly compressed form of cardboard. Inevitably it will always sag forward a bit on the steel rods to which it mounts, not much but enough to destroy the illusion of straight-and-level (I seriously thought about putting a shim under the mounting bracket to make the rods point upwards a bit). As for plates and books, don't try it! A couple of small plant-pots and a light mantle-clock would be about the limit, but make sure the clock is in the centre, towards the back, and is not a family heirloom.

Very disappointed about quality after finishing decorating my room i came around to putting this shelf up on my wall i furnished fixing the screws which i had to replace as to weak to tighten then placed shelf on wall. There was a info piece of paper stuck to shelf on removing this once mounted on wall the corner was smashed in hidden under this piece of paper so i either have to replace shelf of try to fix with white tape im not impressed.

As normal amazon delivery great, packaging of product was perfectly fine, build of the shelf is pretty much the same anywhere including Ikea, the mounting bracket has plenty of holes to mount in the wall, once you slide the shelf into the bracket itself the two screws that are used to stop the shelf coming off have nothing to anchor into, I cut two raw plugs down and put them in to the support holes and screwed in.

Poor quality product, after affixing to the wall it just slopped to a degree that it was unsafe to put items on it, the return of the item was more than the postage, so I'm left with a product that was a complete waste of money with no refund, DO NOT BUY.

Ok but since it is a floating shelf is not very study, Only suitable for light weight

It looks lovely between my kitchen cabinets lighting is going below it it has added style to my kitchen.

This product is atrocious. It arrived damaged. It is of very poor quality. It is not very sturdy when installed. I messaged the supplier about the damage and got no reply

Absolute disgusting purchase. All this people who left review about it, is absolute right! Let the pictures tell it all.
