This is a great phone, easy set up and great battery life.

As always I continue to be impressed by Motorola. I'm loving the color!

They need to let you know that it doesn't work with Verizon you can pay 150 dollar to unlock it but not worth it it's a big scam and rip off

The most important thing to know regarding ALL of the Total by Verizon phones is that they are NOT compatible with the Verizon pre-paid network. Total by Verizon is completely separate. I don't think that's made clear when purchasing the phone. You see Verizon on the box you assume its a Verizon compatible phone, but theyre not. Just to be clear, maybe save someone else the headache and hassle I went through.

I bought a stylus 5G phone received it on December 27th went to activate it last week and it gets no service Verizon sent me a new SIM card and it still want activate

Normally I prefer Motorola to Samsung but this phone is disappointing. My 5G Stylus drops calls all the time, even when I have service. Usually I have better service than others but if the phone is on my ear when I make a call, it likes to time out and if I try to balance the phone on my shoulder the conversation gets broken up.The fingerprint reader is so-so but I usually have to try three or four times before it recognizes any finger. My first fingerprint scanner on a Motorola was on the front instead and I liked that much better.Battery life is okay. I'm on my phone a lot so I've come to not expect much from batteries.I like the amount of memory and enjoy not getting told I'm almost out all the time.
