Q: How to install this to the bridge plate? Just use glue or something else?

I don’t recall instructions being provided. I used 2 old plastic bridge pins in the high and low E peg holes. Could use the A and B peg holes. I used a few drops of some quick drying super glue. Put a piece of cardboard or paper in the guitar under the work area. You may drop it a time or 2 but you’ll get it up the pins before the glue dries. Then just hold it as long as necessary. Once in, the ball end of the strings hold it in place as well. When changing strings consider going 1 at a time on the guitar(s) with a plate mate installed. Hope this helps.
