Makes Pressure Washing Edges 1000x Better!!
For my review, I am telling you my experience with pressure washing and the edge blaster in general. I wanted to start pressure washing homes in my area to make some additional income during my time off. I bought a 3500psi pressure washer and I started off by doing one house. I quickly realized that doing the edges was a painful task that involved getting muddy! It was terrible, I had to do a 50ft sidewalk on both sides and it was very hard to do with just a wand and a 40 degree or 25 degree tip. I figured the best way to make money pressure washing was to figure out how to do it efficiently. The first house alone took me over 2 and a half hours, most of which was struggling to edge without covering myself in mud or messing up the edge on the turf. When I was watching videos on how to pressure wash I remember seeing one with a tool to do the edges. While searching the internet I found 2 main tools for the job, this one and the surface edger. Upon doing some research on both products I decided to go with the edge blaster. The designed seemed similar and the surface edger was almost $80! I saw that this product had 2 not so great reviews, but neither really explained why they had a poor rating. Heck, someone even rated it 1 star just because of the price? They said they could make it at home but I am not really crafty and would have wasted more money and time than just shelling out the $50. So I received the Edge Blaster, it was wrapped in plastic wrap and in a box with some protection as well. To use it you simply use the quick connect to connect it to your gun and you put your 40 degree tip in it. At first I had a really hard time using this edger to the point that I wanted to return it. Reason being I would try to walk forward while using it and it kept flipping around on me and messing me all up. After a few minutes using it I figured out that the best way to use it is to point it out in front of you and just walk backward following the edge! This method released the least amount of dirt and stuff from the edges, as well as being a lot faster than going forwards. After using this I would never ever go back to pressure washing edges with just the wand. This thing paid for itself in the time I saved in my first 2 washes! I would recommend it to anyone using a pressure washer on concrete. In the pictures you can see how the concrete looks with just being edged by the Edge Blaster, which took me 5 min to do compared to 1hr30 with the wand only. Second picture you can see me using it in action, this picture shows around how much dirt can be lifted with the surface edger if not aimed perfectly (Keep in mind that was my first time using it) at the sidewalk.

Just okay at this price point
Well built and solid construction. This would likely last a lifetime. This product isn’t worth the high price point IMO. I really expected this to make edge cleaning super easy and with no mess. I spent an hour messing with it and I ended up getting dirty water and mess all over me multiple times.I found myself just using my surface cleaner with better results (because I wasn’t covered in dirt). And yes, my lawn edges are properly trimmed back - perhaps this is why it was easier for me just to use my surface cleaner.Overall, nice idea but not worth the price tag.

Great product works as described!
Pressure washing driveways and sidewalks is something I commonly do. I am tired of getting mud on me when I get near the edges.I saw the Edge Blaster movie on you tube and I was impressed that someone finally came up with a tool to help minimize the mess factor in pressure washing.I tried out the tool and it pretty much worked like the you tube video demonstration, keeping the mess factor way down. Since this tool never existed before watching the Edge Blaster demo movie helped out a lot and I recommend watching it if you intend on using this tool. Pulling the Edge Blaster backwards in areas where grass is not edged well worked very well. I would strongly recommend this tool to anyone who pressure washes driveways and sidewalks.

This missing link!
After getting the surface cleaner, this is the last piece of the misery of pressure washing. No more face full of dirt as you try to carefully skirt the edge of the sidewalk. It's pricey, and would be better if it came with the needed nozzle, but it's a great tool and worth it to anyone that already has hundreds or thousands invested in pressure washing equipment.

It does a great job!
I liked the standard quick fitting which fits my pressure washer, and even though it is a 3600psi ELECTRIC, it still does a good job of my concrete pathways. Why is such a simple product so expensive though?! Maybe if I had uses for it every week it would pay for itself - but I only use it every six months or so on the pathway & driveway.Still, noone forced me to buy it I suppose.- Old Pete
