is this the new pellet form version or the old heart shape? my hamster loves the pellets but now wont eat the hearts...

Good afternoon, If you are buying the product directly from Amazon you should be receiving the new pellet format. We have completely disconnected the heart shape product, providing that Amazon do not have any stock of the heart product left in their warehouse you should receive the pellets. Should you have any further questions please do not hesitate to get in touch with experts@supremepetfoods.com. Kind regards, Danielle Supreme Petfoods.
