Hallmark4495QK1435 Swallow Keepsake Christmas Ornaments

I've collected Hallmark bird ornaments for years. Occasionally I'll miss one when it was originally available. I was glad to find this one on Amazon. The ornament arrived in great shape and displays very well. Nice addition to my collection. The only negative is that this is one of the solid metal ornaments, so it's pretty heavy. I think it would drag down most regular Christmas tree branches. However, I have a metal display tree for my collection, so it's not an issue. Just something to consider, though, if you're thinking of buying this particular ornament.

I thought this ornament looked beautiful in the photos and when it arrived I was delighted to see that if anything it's even prettier than I expected. The only downside - and this is why I'm only giving it 4 stars - is that's a very heavy ornament and when I tried to hang it on the tree, the branch drooped precariously as a result. I think we may be hanging this on the wall from a nail instead of on the tree, perhaps there's a place for it on the mantle.

Absolutely beautiful! It's heavy though so if you're hanging on a tree, make sure the branch is strong.

Absolutely agree with many of the reviews here. It’s a stunning ornament but extremely heavy so be sure to securely hang it on a strong branch!
