MotoTec Thunder 50cc 2-Stroke Kids Gas Dirt Bike Green

The media could not be loaded. I wish I didn't even have to put a star up here to write a review, absolutely a horrible buy. Don't waste your time. It's super tiny, they don't represent it right, it came fast but when we put it together as instructed and with our own prior mechanic knowledge, it does not work, the clutch will not engage at all. It will only engage when the bike is lifted off the ground. Standing beside it full throttle open and it wouldn't go anywhere!! Video posted , sorry about the quality of the video!

Packed nicely. Surprisingly shipping was faster than expected. As a beginner dirt bike this is perfect. It’s been a bit over a month and don’t have any issues.

There are 2 things that bothered me with this bike. Nothing crucial but just aggravating. First up the bike does not come with a kickstand or atleast mine did not. I guess I should've paid more attention to detail before I ordered. The second is the owners manual. If you need to know anything about the bike you better be fluent in Spanish because that's the only language in the owners manual.

STAY AWAY!I have owned/built/repaired more mini bikesthan I can count. I have been a motorcycle mechanic for over 20 years and have never seen such junk. Won't even make it up the slightest incline with my kid on it. Every 50cc engine I have ever had in a bike 2stroke or 4stroke had been able to ride me around no problem and would fly with my kid on them. This engine is week and has several design flaws from the clutch strings being to week to actually engage to the exhaust pipe being a generator exhaust and blowing directly onto the front tire. Stay far away spend a couple hundred more and get a name brand. Not worth even half they money they are charging, not very sturdy at all and will just leave you and your kid disappointed and maybe even injured.

Overall good starter bike if your looking to purchase this bike please make sure you get a new spark plug , carburetor and clutch and make sure to tune it up there is a bunch of videos on YouTube. Overall it runs good and you can't beat it for the price.
