I can't tell you how much better this honey it than those gas station pills or other type of remedies that give you headaches and are somewhat unhealthy. Be careful with how much you use! I’m surprised with this product i got a serious boost from it. I recommend taking 2 packs 40 min to a hour before performing, take 3 for best results.Just 1 pack is not enough.
