I have spoken to chat/ called customer service and for a WEEK we haven't been able to clock in my employees. It has been a huge hinderance!!

This clock was easy to set up, but I needed help understanding the cloud software and how to program the employee's information into the system. Their customer service was quick to help and explain everything I needed to know. I am now confident about adding schedules and employees.

Leonardo at tech support was wonderful. I had a little trouble setting it up. It was probably me. These days to actually get someone on the phone to help with a device is rare. He answered all my questions in an easy to understand voice. The device itself has a lot of options. The record of the device inputs is easy to access at there website.

This thing is a joke. Their cloud doesn't work well and the reports are difficult to get to and they report in hours and minutes so each week you have to do the math to put them in tenths for payroll. Currently our employees' information is locked in the machine and won't go to the cloud at all. I have tried calling them MANY times and no answer. I think it is such junk they are getting lots of calls.

Install and crosscheck was a breeze, only issue I had while setting up was the time zone needing manual input for daylight savings which "texting" customer support from my cell got me a super fast response and solution! Fyi, when you adjust the time don't forget to restart the device lol...

We have used paper time cards for 35 years here at our business. we wanted to try to upgrade to something digital.We were disappointed to find that we could not use the keypad to clock in and out which was very deceiving based on the Amazon page. We had to buy RFID cards. Once we did we realized we could not have a clock in clock out log in the software. Only shows the time that an employee was on the clock.Most importantly we were very disappointed to find we could not edit the punches. Nor can we add any.This software is too basic and adds a lot of work to our payroll process. The cards were much easier.

Set up was a little confusing but eventually got it done. However the online dashboard and functionality of the site is extremely difficult. If you able to get your employees added it is very confusing to find navigate to their records.You cannot manage employee punch times.Employees forget to clock in or out all the time. When you punch in or out on this machine it does not tell you if you just punched in or out it just says success. Therefore you could have an employee clocking in and out wrong for two weeks before you would know it. However as an admin you cannot go in and correct it even if you do find it. The employee has to log into the system and send a request to adjust each wrong time and tell you what it should be. Then you have to approve each one. You simply are not allowed to adjust the time without an email and approval filled out for every single mistake, its crazy.I did call in and speak with customer service who were very helpful but the did confirm this. In the end just too difficult to manage.

very easy to use format and great tech support

This machine helps you by generating time stamp report so you can control your employees or calculate work hour (you need to do it separately, it just shows how many hours each employees did). Registering employees into the system is easy, but you can't make a password that starts with 0. Also they need to improve scheduling system, because it's very limited, there's two types of scheduling -fixed and limited-, you can't use both types at the same time, also it takes time to active after you set it up, don't know what it said 'inactive' for like spend 30 min, maybe it's my network problem.The machine is just fair, the buttons are not rubber so it's not that easy to enter, but it reads RFID cards really quick so if you use ID & Password only for backup, it's ok, but if you want to use the password system mainly, you should reminds that it's not that easy to enter and your first number shouldn't start with 0, which means it has some limitation.Just make sure this is only for support you to manage employees' time, not more than that, if you reminds this machine is just basic time stamp machine, you can use it fairly ok.

i want an offline solution. this was pitched as a no account needed. it is lies. you need to use their stupid whatever online whatever to config and track. i’m sure there is a shady terms and conditions and user data collections and it’s like omfg this is the world we live in nowhate it because it was a waste of time and carbon footprint roundtripping the thing from and back to amazon

Have had it for a few weeks and am still trying to sort out the software for it. Works for some employees but not others consistently. Other then that so far so good

Je pense pas avoir mal lu la description mais je ne vois rien comme quoi j'aurais commandé un produit usagé a l'ouverture de la boite des papier jaune pour écrire comme emballage voir les photos le clavier avais les trace d'usure il a servi très souvent je ne sais pas si c'est un erreur d’envois de colis je retour et je vais prendre la chance d'en re commander un autre, je vais revoir mon commentaire si le prochain est intact.
