Q: What length is 2T/3T?

I am not sure if mine were a defective package but the 4T could not fit a baby 18months!

Q: Can the size 2-3 fit a (30 pounds) 15 month old?

Not sure they were too small on my 2 year old son and shrunk into half after the firSt wash

They run very small I think. My son is 3 and they are a bit short for him. And I bought size 4/5.

Q: Will a 2-3 fit 25 pound 16 month old?!

Yes! It'll look like it shrunk when you wash it but it stretches back once they wear it. My 18 month old is 25 lbs and it fits him perfectly
