I recently purchased an American Tourister bag from Amazon and am quite pleased with its quality and design. However, I encountered a small issue - the shoulder belt was missing upon delivery. Unfortunately, I missed it during my initial check as I was on vacation, and the return window has closed.I've reached out to American Tourister customer care for assistance, and I'm confident they'll help resolve this matter. Despite this hiccup, I appreciate the overall quality of the bag and the support from both Amazon and American Tourister.I'll update this review once the issue is resolved.
