Aquage Defining Gel, For Curly, Wavy or Permed Hair

Love the hairgel, which offers me curls/waves although I have straight hair. Will buy regularly!

Aquage has been my tried and true curly hair gel for over a decade. It’s not cheap, but after trying less expensive products, I haven’t found a better gel. Everyone’s curls are different and Aquage has worked very well for me, even as my curl type has changed over the years. Pros: Not crunchy, great curl definition, a nice smell and holds up well all day. Cons: on the pricey side, no longer available in the larger pump container.

This does not weigh down my curls. Pump a little through my damp hair and it forms and softens my curls. Good hold. I absolutely love that it doesn't cause product build up. Works great for me!

I purchased the defining gel to replace the Illuminating Gelade that Aquage has discontinued. The defining gel is much thinner and does not lend itself to molded hairstyles. It has a bit of shine, but not nearly as much as the Illuminating Gelade.

Only stuff that works for my hair. Happy to know it’s on Amazon. Delivered on time and in great condition
