So far we have been using the RO system for a little over three weeks now, and my family and I are extremely happy with your product.The water in our city is very good, however, this SimPure system takes the water to an entirely different level of clean drinking water. From drinking coffee, tea or just plain water, everyone that tries the water can tell a distinct difference in overall quality. We have even had friends mention how good the water tastes, and we gladly send everyone we can to your products.Additionally, the system will take a reasonable amount of time to get it up and running for immediate use, and the directions are pretty easy to understand. After you completely flush it several times the system is ready to go.Thanks for such a fantastic RO system that makes drinking more water a pleasure each day!

I love this! It’s easy to use and doesn’t have as big of a footprint on my counter that I thought it would. It comes with a detailed instruction manual, but buyer and company videos on the Amazon page are helpful too. If you need more instruction, go to Sim Pure’s website and find their video, it’s helpful. Since I’ve never had a product like this, I read the manual numerous times, and watched the videos numerous times to help me get started. It helped me feel like I’ve been using this forever. My water is as clear as can be and tastes great. I use it for everyday cooking, making juices, making ice cubes, making coffee, and of course for drinking. I fill up a gallon jug and put it in the fridge to keep it cold for drinking purposes. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to purifier their tap water.

I just could not be happier with this purifier! I researched every machine capable of getting rid of fluoride on Amazon, finally decided on this one and I'm so glad I did! I'm a Vine reviewer, but I didn't get mine through Vine and it wasn't sent to me for free to review by the company. I'm just a regular consumer and I wanted to review this even though it already has a ton of reviews just to assure people that it truly is an amazing machine. So easy to use and the water quality is fantastic! I've had zero issues with mine and definitely recommend to anyone who wants crystal clear safe drinking water that you don't have to wait forever for. I used to use a Waterdrop gravity unit, and while it did work it took FOREVER to filter water and we just use too much water around here for it to keep up. I keep a two-gallon dispenser on my counter and can fill it up in maybe 30 minutes at the most with my SimPure. I keep a glass 2 liter (68 oz) pitcher at the machine and during the day when I see the water getting low in the dispenser I use the "FLUSHING" setting to fill the pitcher and top off the dispenser.st purchase I've ever made!

I really like the SimPure water filtration purification. Very easy to set up and use and looks very sleek and modern. The water taste great. This is much better than my refrigerator filter.

I've only had this about a month, but so far I love it. The water tastes great! There is about a 25% loss of water that is filtered, but that is clearly stated in the description. The water also should be dumped and changed out once a day as per the instructions. So I only fill it about half way so I don't waste more water. I haven't had any trouble with it and I guess time will tell as to how much life I actually get out of the filters. So far so good!

Haas to clean water tank more often than recommend once a month; otherwise, keep indicated malfunction. Need to unplug the machine, then restarted.

It's a good countertop water purifier. I'm satisfied with the water, and while I don't have a problem drinking straight from the garden hose, my wife and kid seem to have super-human powers of perception when tasting water, and they're happy too.The only problem I can see with this is the price ($300+) and that the water comes out a bit slow. It has an internal tank that's about a 1/2 gallon, and pouring a cup of water takes a while. This has a few presets, for 180, 350 & 450 ml (6oz, 11oz & 15oz) along with the "flush" that just pours until you stop it or until the tank empties. I wish it could come out faster.Now my drinking water is clean and odor-free, and there's an UV light inside to kill bacteria that I don't think I've got, and it came with a spare set of filters. Good times!
