Exceptional quality
I was shocked at the generous amount of hay in the box and thefresh crisp product. It was a Guinea pig’s dream! Will definitely use thisagain

Product Quality Declined Significantly Since Last Purchase
The product was purchased for my house rabbit. Upon opening the box, a plume of dust hit me in the face. Crumbs were falling through uptaped areas in the bottom of the box onto the floor. The hay seemed really old like it had been in a warehouse a long time. There were NO special "salad" ingredients on top of the hay as in past purchases. A few "salad" pieces were found after digging through the hay, but they looked old as well. It was not fed to my rabbit.
