It is absolutely stunning! The fireplace was packaged great. No issues, nothing broken. Assembled as instructed and it was relatively easy.

We have had our fireplace four about 2 years and have thoroughly enjoyed it, it has been a beautiful focal point in our family room. Recently we had one of the light bars go out. We contacted the company for assistance in troubleshooting. The company was so helpful and responsive. After working with the company we found that we needed to replace the light bar. Even after two years, the company is sending us a replacement light bar at no cost. We absolutely love our fireplace and our experience with customer service has been amazing. If you are researching electric fireplaces this is an incredible company to purchase from. They not only sell a great product, they have shown that they care about their customers in the way that they support them. I would definitely buy from this company again.

Most realistic, heater works well, easy to install. We’ve had it for over two years with no trouble at all. We would definitely recommend and would buy again.

This is a beautiful fireplace. Very happy with the blue flames. Luckily you don't have to put the ceramic logs in unless you want to. I thought they looked like ugly charcoal briquettes so I didn't put them in. Having fits with the remote though. Haven't quite figured out how it works. Sometimes it does what I want and sometimes it doesn't. I thought maybe it was the battery. Extremely difficult to get the battery out, but I did it and now I know what to do next time. Not sure new battery is making much difference with remote. I think there's a secret to it. Push the button and if the fireplace lights up and makes a noise then you can go ahead and push the button you want. But I know settings I want for most of the time and it keeps that setting so now I'm good.

To start, it is very rare for me to write a review about items I got on Amazon, but since it was an amazing experience, I decided to share it. I got this unit about a year ago and liked it very much. However, when I installed it inside my wall, I noticed I had an issue with the Wi-Fi, which was disconnecting about every hour. The only way to get it working again was to unplug and plug the unit. Fortunately, I had a switch in the wall to perform this. I decided to ask for an exchange, but at that time, the unit was out of stock on Amazon, so there was no way I could leave a big hole in my living room. I decided to keep it.The problem, though not major, was driving me crazy. I couldn't understand why I had to repower the unit to have Wi-Fi. So, almost a few days before the warranty was over, I contacted the company. I spoke first to Joseph and then to Lea. They were very responsive, and they wanted to give me a new unit as a replacement, which was very nice of them. However, I didn't want to have a big hole in my wall, even for a few days. Since all the functions of the fireplace were working well, except the Wi-Fi, I asked them if I could get another Wi-Fi module board. They agreed, but they had to order it for me from China, which took about two weeks.I should mention that when I received the whole control board, the warranty was already over. Anyway, after removing zillions of screws from the back of the fireplace, I replaced the board, and right away, the Tuya app detected the board (it never did that with the previous one). Now the unit is working properly, and I am fully satisfied. I understand that some parts can fail, but the company stands behind its products. I also forgot to mention that the small remote control was chewed by my puppy. Lea was so nice, and she got me another one free of charge. Their proactive approach and dedication to finding a solution exceeded my expectations.

Went through hell of a problem with this WiFi enabled electric fireplace. Got the unit installed on wall, but it will never pair with my WiFi. The device needed 2.4G and pairing to be done through an app called "Tuya Smart". Went through multiple rounds of trial and error with exact steps/specifications provided within instruction manual. Went through two additional rounds of Phone support and email communications with the manufacturer (with odd working hours). Nothing really worked. Ordered a replacement through Amazon. It was a hassle to replace the heavy unit already installed on the wall. The new unit will pair with my WiFi and all of a sudden will show "Fireplace Offline". Do not know what is the true underlying problem with the Fireplace. To make it clear, the Tuya Smart app (used by the Fireplace) seems to be working fine as I have other devices on it. There has been no change to my WiFi. Each time the Fireplace is paired, it goes offline in 30-40 mins. Though I paid for the wiFi feature, it appears that the unit can only serve as a regular non-WiFi model.

The media could not be loaded.  Have it set up in my living room and gives a great vibe. Heater puts out very strong heat. Company responds back quick, upon purchasing the product the flames had stop working but company immediately send out a new module which was very easy to install amd it was perfect

Nice wall fireplace, it come well packed and unbroken, ready to hang and turn on. You really can’t tell when it’s on the rocks are plastic. The Heat is fine it is not used for heating a room for me.Thanks

The unit installed a few days ago and so far, it works perfect. The backlight mode looks very real. Looking forward to using it in more in the fall/winter time.

Love the way it looks in our family room. The flames are relatively natural looking and there are lots of options in colours and effects! Heats up beautifully based on the temperature that you like to set it. Doesn’t interfere with the TV above, the heat blow’s on the front on top in the middle. Quite. Set up was easy. We got the 40 inch. The remote is great however it interferes with the sound bar. That’s the only thing I can say that it needs a little extra effort to maneuver!

We just received this but so far it’s really nice! Love that I can put the logs how I want them.

Could have been more logs. I ordered more from another source.

It is really beautiful, i’ve been searching for a nice electric fireplace on amazon but this one won my heart because of the edges that are more square than curved. I do not regret my choice!
