Cute and Functional, but Not for Long Wear
The Logitech H390 headset is very cute, and I love the color! The microphone is great, providing clear audio for calls, which makes it perfect for short meetings or quick chats. However, I do find that it can get a bit uncomfortable during longer wear. The headset tends to squeeze my ears, causing some discomfort if I use it for extended periods. That said, for quick calls and short sessions, it works perfectly and delivers on both style and functionality. -M

Nice headphones
Bought these to replace my work headphones. They work wonderful. Comfortable to wear during long meetings. Co-workers can hear me clearly. Great price.

Great headphones for the price. Best for voice calls.
I use these for taking voice calls. PROS: They are easy to setup and the mic is pretty clear. USB connection is what makes that happen. It connects via USB-A. Comfort is moderate. Very basic but works well for its purpose.Cons:This is my second set because the mic became loose after it broke somehow. It wasn’t staying in place. So be careful if you travel or take it back and forth. I would recommend leaving it at one place. Durability isn’t strong.Again, comfort is ok. headband is a good size. Earcups feel awkward at first, but it’s ok.Controls on the line add extra weight to one side. These aren’t for audiophiles. Don’t expect a great range of sound, but the sound is clear enough for voice.Recommended overall for voice chat, for the price, and ease of use.

Why all the negativity? It’s a basic wired headset.
This is my third pair of this headset model. I use them for work, zoom meetings, MS Teams meetings, voip calls, all of it. They are reliable. I typically get about 4 or 5 years from one before the headband breaks or the speakers go out. Sound quality is fine for meetings. Everyone comes through clearly. Mic picks up well and no one has said I’m muffled, scratchy, or too quiet. Ear pads are smaller on-the-ear type cups, but the pads are softer than most and aren’t hot on long calls. On-cord control buttons are ok, although I use the meeting app tools most of the time.Only complaint is the mic has limited adjustment range, partly because it is left side only (the headset is not reversible) and partly because it doesn’t bend, it just swivels. If they still make this headset in a few years when this pair is done, I’ll probably buy another one.

A tale of two Logitech Headphones. H390 is a winner at a fraction of the cost of the Zone Wired.
I bought two Logitech headset models for work use (with Microsoft Teams). The models were Logitech Zone "Wired USB" version ($115.00) which is "MS Teams certified" and Logitech Headset H390 ($29.95).Maybe I'm crazy but I like / prefer the sound, fit, feel and long term comfort of the lower priced H390 headset. Both claim to be Noise Cancelling.PROS of the H390 model:Has a warm sound but is not lacking trebleMicrophone has a gutsy pickupDelivers music playback surprisingly well!Noise Cancelling may be superior to the Zone!! (even with air conditioner 2.5 feet away!)Good volume oomph! (i.e strong microphone pickup & output, strong headphone speaker volume). It has a normal, standard sized, USB "A" plug. (Thank You!!! Thank You!!!)---------- Vs. -----------Logitech "Zone" (wired version)* Way more money* They ship it with a USB-C type plug (I later found a Logitech provided tiny adapter that converts it to USB-A end plug). My personal bias: I don't consider USB-C to a hardy connector. It's (to me) the unfortunate wave of the future. Yes I know all of it's feature improvments, I personally just don't like it. Had I noticed it was USB-C, I would not have ordered it.* The Zone plays stereo music back but music sounds better to me on the cheaper (H390) model.* The cord on the Zone has this woven outer skin wrap that resembles "cordura" (the nylon backpack woven fabric material) that has the effect of creating microphonics whenever it inevitably rubs against my shirt (yes I'm using the little clamp provided on the cord - no difference). In short - physical rubbing (when you move) your shirt or your body against the outer cord material can be heard as a raspiness (like grrr / rrrr) in the headphones and it's annoying to me. It sets my teeth on edge. Some many not notice or be bothered by this, it bugs the hell out of me.WHAT'S GOOD ABOUT THE LOGITECH ZONE?* Uhh it looks cooler. It has the visual cool factor.* It has more treble, it's clear and refined...YET... I cannot say that, overall, it has the most balanced sound - especially for long hours of wearing.* The noise cancelling on the Zone works, I think, but noise cancelling success seems to be more immediately apparent to me when using the H390.MY VERY BIASED OPINION OF THE "ZONE WIRED" FOLLOWS, OK? YMMVIf you:1) Need headphones with a USB "Type C" male plug as your native, out of the box , connector...2) Want to look cool wearing a headphone with more modern styling3) Want to unnecessarily part with an additional $90 dollars4) Don't value long term comfort.5) Don't need the ability to listen to music enjoyably in your off time (due to a fuller range warm and balanced sound)6) Can live with the fact that the inline mute switch is not hardy and the flexible surface skin of the switch will quickly deteriorate...Then nothing is stopping you from ordering the Logitech Zone.Yes, I know that music playback is not a primary focus of these headsets, that may have been a low blow. For my ears and body the lower priced Logitech H390 delivers the audio and comfort goods for way less money. To be fair: Some people with different head types may do better with the Zone. My head is medium to larger sized. My PC is Windows 10, both headsets were discovered immediately once plugged in.MORAL OF MY STORY: Spending more money does not necessarily deliver better outcomes. Sometimes it merely delivers "cachet", bragging rights and complication.ADDENDUM: 8-28-2020: I am returning this Logitech Zone headset as the plastic cover for the inline Mute switch is degrading at an accelerated rate after very little use. I added this issue above to the reveiw.

"Amazon's Choice" does it again!
"Amazon's Choice" products have yet to fail me. Always reliable product that does exactly what you need with a good price. I was expecting it to be standard basic headphones, I didn't need anything fancy as this is for work, just taking calls. I really just needed it to be easy to use with any device, have good noise-cancelling mic so people can hear me even in noisy areas and be somewhat comfortable since I would be wearing this for long hours during a day. It did all that. The Bluetooth makes it super easy to work with any device that has the Bluetooth tech,(nowadays it's hard to find one that doesn't). The mic seems to work well, people can hear me quite clearly. I've been wearing it all day and my ears don't hurt (yet). I also love how the mic is muted when you flip it up. That makes the headset really easy to work with. No more accidental muting or unmuting. And the surprising thing is how good the sound is. There's actually good enough base and overall quality that listening to music is quite enjoyable too. Obviously it can't compare to the headphones made for music or gaming in that regards, but that was not the expectation. For a reasonably-priced office work headset I think this really is great. The only setback is that it doesn't look great. It looks like two little door knobs on your ears when you're earing it. But hey, this is not a fashion piece.

Spotty connection/correction
Aesthetically pleasing and beautiful! One month of using it and clients are telling me that I am cutting in and out and when I switch to the regular phone it works perfect and is clear. Loved it to begin with but I need a stronger more clear connection while talking with clients. - update: it seems to have fixed itself!
