Best so far but still room for improvement
Being 6' 2" I have always struggled to find a neck pillow that supports my head without allowing excessive movement/ flopping. So far this is the best. Small amount of movement at times, but on the whole the most comfortable I have been sleeping on a flight for a long time. To improve this the manufacturer could make a slightly larger version, which would be ideal and prevent that flopping of the head that taller people suffer with. My 5'6" girlfriend loved it, head was steady as anything.

head pushed forward
Tried for about 30 mins watching TV found that my head was pushed forward and when taking off my neck felt stiff even though I had tried to make sure I relaxed and did not try and push against the foam.When tried with my Bose QC 20 in ear headphones found that the pillow pushed them into my ears causing discomfort. I did not feel that the pillow gave much support in preventing the chin from falling forward unless the drawstrings were pulled tight which caused it to become too tight around the neck.After reading the reviews I was expecting something better. I liked the feel of the memory foam and think that if the back was lower and there was room for ears not to be covered it would improve the pillow. Returned item as not suitable for my needs

Bit to chunky at the back
Bought this backrest fir a trip from the uk to Australia. Found it too chunky on the neck so my neck was forced into flexion. I liked the higher sides and generally it kept my head from lolling too much in economy as I tried to sleep.

Not to my preference
One size can't fit all, and for me I didn't feel the fit was what I wanted. Hence returned it. However the quality of the item was good so it is purely based on comfort I am giving lower rating.

Recommended brand
Purchased two of these for Husband and Son to use on trip to Australia. Daughter-in-law (Hong Kong born), and Son said excellent brand. They travel a lot from UK to Hong Kong to see family and say that very pleased with support etc.

No more neck pain!
Fantastic! I have tried using many other brands before, but this one is the best so far. It supports my neck, chin, and my head’s position perfectly. Extremely comfy for a travel pillow
