It's just 8 techniques. This DVD covers the experience of the two energies and how they are felt through the simple physical drills of this amazing minimal, bare metal art. If you have ANY doubt whatsoever about whether this is a good buy for you, LISTEN to your doubts and DO NOT BUY IT. Please save your time and money and spare me the damage of the inevitable ensuing 1-star review. I'm sure you agree it would be stupid to proceed despite this warning, waste your time and money, then slam the product with a 1-star review whining the usual: "HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. NOT WHAT I EXPECTED." The upside however is that if you train according to the radical energetic principles of this DVD you will begin to feel the electric jolt of the "obvious energy" and the overwhelming flood of the "concealed energy" for yourself for the first time.
