Good quality backet, sturdy and strong when installed. Just make sure you use decent screws and wall fittings as my son didn't at first and when he punched it the bag and bracket were ripped off the wall.

Cheap but very weak. Had the bag for about 40 mins and starting very light was alright but soon as you throw some heavy punches the bracket will weaken until eventually coming off the wall. So if you want the bag for very light punching then i would say yes but if you want to throw an actual punch with power this bracket wont last long.

Hung up punch bag

Very strong, however the bolts and wall plugs are substandard, pulled straight out of the wall. Be prepared to buy heavy duty ones from a hard wear store.

Still working. The punching bag isn't in such good shape. And either is the wall it's screwed to. But the bracket is just fine.

Good bit kit for what your paying, I have got it on my outside wall on the house and sturdy as a elephant would recommend 👌

What can you expect when something is cheaper than the competitors? A poor quality product that looks nothing like the sales photos.Paint applied over rusty metal.Paint coming off when taken out of the packaging and rust showing.Hole for the D shackle not round and D shackle pin would not fit through.45 degree support bracket not bent at correct angle.One plastic end cap had been forced in twisted, the other only half in.Time will tell if it will last, but haven't got high hopes.
