Ravensburger GraviTrax Power Extension Elevator - Marble Run, STEM, Building and Construction Toys for Kids Age 8 Years Up

My 7 year old son and me love this Gravitrax Elevator. Have been looking for an elevator for a while for our Gravitrax Pro setup, but they were always 3rd party and unknown quality. We’ve now started creating an infinity loop, which for us is the holy grail of marble runs. Only complaint is that the elevator could be taller, and we will need a few of them for a decent setup.

We bought this as an add on to our Gravitrax collection and found it fun .

The media could not be loaded.  I love the Gravitrax system and have previously always been impressed by the high quality. But sadly this Gravitrax Power Elevator arrived faulty. The base wasn't level - which you can see in my attached photos and video. This meant that the marbles didn't ascend the Elevator reliably, and some would get stuck. This power element is more pricey than a standard add-on, so I expected much better.

Perfect add on set for my grandson.He has had lots of fun playing with it.

Really poor quality. Half the time the marbles don't get lifted up and it ends up with marbles being chucked off the elevator. It seems to be extremely, and I mean EXTREMELY, sensitive to floor levelling. At least that is what I presume is the issue. The reality is that's it's just poorly designed and won't work half the time. A waste and more pain than it's worth if you are trying to help a little one make something.

Great addition to eny set, would be nice if was a bit taller or one that could be added to for extra hight... but as you would expect its good quality, a bit pricy but stil worth it.. oh and a bit noisy. But not as bad a 20+ balls going round a large set up.
