Useful
Very useful. Put it on the knees after exercise to greatly relieve muscle and joint pain.

Throw away the bag of frozen peas!
Get rid of the bag of frozen pease! This is quite mailable and stays cold for the appropriate time. Easy to clean and pack.

Doesn't get cold enough to freeze, also the "sleeve" that's included is very cheap and fragile it immediately tore.

I had knee surgery and bought this when I switched out my other cold pack from hospital. This cold pack lasted couple hours. It was a great price.

This product doesn't get cold enough or stay cold very long

Stays cold a long time!
I use the pads for cold therapy for my arthritic knees and hips as well as a bad back. They retain the cold long enough for me to move the pads from one area to the other without having to putting them in the freezer to get cold again. It also conforms to areas that I am treating.
