The item was really nice and unusual thats why we bought it for the kitchen, however their quality control didn't pick up on the fact that the letter R wasn't finished and looked just like a P. as a result we had a nice cup of coffee with the word "ESPPESSO " at the bottom. I filled it in with a sharpie and it was sorted - no big issue.
