I used to use DIY rings I made from heavy copper wire which were effective in keeping my knuckle joints pain free. Somehow they got lost as did the facility to make more.This ring works is effective but I have only given three stars for comfort because the flesh poking out through the sizing gap can get pressed against the open ends.

In truth it's a little chunky for permanent wear. Gets in the way when using my hands for stuff so I take them off for work or the gym but for sleep and casual activities they're fine. Be ready for green fingers though.

Ridiculous size, you need pliars to change the size which leaves the ring deformed and useless. Stay clear.

For £12.99 I think you get your money's worth.It's worth £12.99, no more.It's adjustable but you're going to need pliers to tighten it, either that or some elbow grease.I cannot comment on pain relief quite yet.Overall, I like it.

Good quality ring, but after 1 week of wearing it my finger turned black because of the copper being low grade.

As above, son has gained much relief from bracelet& ring never goes without them. Price really good too.
