I use it mostly to help with measuring blood pressure manually but it seems to be a good general purpose stethoscope

I bought this to replace my poor broken littmann II. I'd say the sound quality is the same as my littmann once you get the ear positioning correct. Couldn't afford another littmann so went for this. I'd say good value

I bought this for home use to listen to my families chest following covid and still having breathing and coughing issues. I already knew how to use one from my previous job so it gave me a head start, this stethoscope is very good quality in sound and it is lightweight and appears well made.NOTE: It comes with a plastic cover on the end of the stethoscope for protection you need to remove this and replace it with a soft silicone cover instead otherwise you won’t hear anything. I know other reviewers have mentioned no sound.There are various size ear plugs which was great as I had to change to a smaller size, the earpiece should not sit directly in the ear but should be positioned outwards of the ear canal slightly to get the best audible effect.I have already recommended this to a few people at work, the next thing I will be buying is a sphygmomanometer to do my parents blood pressure the proper way. Fantastic item and so pleased I bought it.
