What a gorgeous dragon! From the bad-ass posturing, to the impeckably painted detail, to the beautiful colors chosen, it is really gorgeous! What I really love and find somewhat fascinating about it is that the wings have a completely different texture from the rest of the body, like smooth, thick, rawhide leather. I think a small child might be able to tear them off though, but feel very secure for their safety in the posession of someone who doesn't normally abuse their toys. It looks really hot under my antique Chinese lamp(s), (which have a scene with 2 maidens) along with the "Chinese Warrior Replicas," all on a beautiful side table between 2 couches at right angles to each other. Next to that is a Chinese fish bowl vase (with a scene with women and flowers) and a planted 5' silk bamboo tree with river rocks sitting on a Chinese fish bowl stand. My "Chinese area" of the room looks really sharp! I get lots of compliments on our "eclectic style" decorating, and this golden dragon is a very nice addition.

He did but alittle small

I may have to get some of the other ones from Safari Ltd. This is a great product. Of course it's made of plastic (how it could be anything else at this price I have no idea but I've seen complaints) but it's very well put together. There is no assembly, the detail is wonderful and even the packaging is pretty good - there is a molded plastic "stand for the bottom and another inverted one that wraps around the tops of the wings to keep everything from bending or breaking during shipping.Very good looking and quality piece at this price, can't go wrong!-D

This is was a cute toy...nice looking as a gift and good looking as a collection piece for kids ....i would reccomend and buy again

I just got this golden dragon today. The size was a little surprising, but its not too small. Perfect size to be put in a cabinet or on a table with a collection. The feet are obviously not painted as carefully, but its not a big deal.I believe the underbelly of the dragon is the most beautiful part of it, but in the image it does not show that side.For me, the paint job was poor around the gold part of the wings, but its decent...Gold paint spots are shown on the fin-like thing by his horns, which is like a tan-gold, so the regular gold spots aren't as visible, but still annoying to a collector.But I am still happy to have it, even though it could be better. I already ordered two other dragons from them. I hope they aren't as flawed.

I don't think it was worth the $26.00 + for this little guy, but it is cool. After I ordered this item, a few days later it went in price by $15.00.

I bought these for my son, who just graduating from his fascination with dinosaurs, is now in his dragon phase. Not only does he love it, I love that it is solid, well detailed and soft enough that it won't scratch hard surfaces. I can't say that about most toys built nowadays.

My son is into dragons big time. This is a beautiful figure. He just wishes there were more. It comes packaged well to protect it during shipping. The packaging base can be used for display.It's not really a play with toy as much as a display piece for older kids. Don't know how durable it would be if there were real dragon battles being re-inacted. The main thing is that the wings are flexible, they are the most vulnerable part and wouldn't break easily.

Cette figurine n'est pas très grande mais a un très beau rendu. Son expression est menaçante sans être effrayante.La couleur dorée tire un peu sur le jaune mais cela reste adapté.Le plastique est résistant.Je le conseille pour petits et grands joueurs.

Beautiful Dragon, pale gold in colour. Stands nicely on its four feet. Well detailed with darker wings. The durable plastic makes it robust and certainly unbreakable. A welcome addition to my ever growing collection of Dragons.
