This product for weight loss does not work. I want to return it or replace it. Not happy at all. Can something be done.

I purchased in good faith and tried it religiously for 5 months. Lost ot one pound but actually gained inches around my waist and butt so I've had to move up to.a bigger size. So disappointing after the time and $$ I wasted watching the video and purchasing the do nothing pills. Do not waste your dollars. I followed instructions, ate less, drank more water. Increased exercise and cut carbs to practically nothing and after 5 months, I'm heavier and u happy and wasted my $$$$.
