Q: Reviews differ so, since frame is 14" but the storage space is 11.6", does this mean mattress will nestle inside the frame and not slide around?

I got the queen but otherwise looks the same. The height is the top of the frame, and because of the thickness of the frame rails, the space below for storage is a bit less. And no, the mattress doesn't nestle inside. It sits directly on top of the frame and cross-braces which are all completely flush with the surface. But after several weeks of use, my mattress has moved quite a bit less than when it sat on top of a traditional box spring setup which I'm very happy about.

Q: Can you attach a headboard?

Dear customer, our bed frame cannot be fitted with a headboard. But our bed frames are sturdy and durable.

Q: Is there a reason that, when assembled, the center post is 1" shorter than the four legs?
