Broke within a day! See update!!
Love the glasses but the first pair broke in less than 24 hours! My husband was wearing them and went to take the off his face and the ear piece just broke right off. No stress was placed on it, the glasses were sitting for most of the day in their bag, he only got to use them for part of one afternoon. 3 more pairs to go!! We actually love the comfort, fit, clarity and look of these glasses but if they are too fragile, they won’t work for us.Update: The seller quickly sent us a whole new order of these glasses and told us to keep the remaining glasses from the original order! Great customer service!! We do still like these and so far have had no more issues with them.

Best readers on Amazon.
Best readers for the price. Have purchased two sets as I lost most of the first one. Have not had issues with lenses scratching or glasses breaking. Lenses are clear and seem to stay clean better than most drug-store readers. The spring loaded hinges are a wonderful yet unexpected feature at this price point. The springy hinges help to make the glasses more comfortable to wear. Glasses arrive quickly and wrapped in protective plastic and include lightweight soft protective carrying cases. I doubt you’ll be disappointed with these glasses.

Light With a Good Fit Even over Time.
I need these readers due to age and trying to read computers and menus in dark restaurants. In most cases, I abuse the glasses so that the nose pads fall off and the frames break. These glasses have a very good fit about the face and do not slip down the nose. The optics are good and do not seem to scratch easily. And of course the price is right so you can leave them everywhere you need to read and are not heart broken when you lose them.

Excellent on every front
A real winner. Came fast in great packaging. I love the looks of both black frame and tortoise. Spring fames work great. Super comfortable. Optics good too .came with chartreuse cloth cases. Gonna be easy to spot them in my car storage places. I have bought many readers and have never been so satisfied. I did not receive any perks for this great review so I am not biased

Good feel, no eyestrain
Much better quality than what I was expecting. Good weight, good overall feel, no glare or shadowing that other off the shelf glasses have. The hinges seem to “pop” into place without collapsing on the sides and wobbling. I can wear them for extending periods of time without eyestrain and headaches. For me, they work equality well when reading or doing computer work. Not sure what “sunreaders” are, but since the picture shown did not include anything that looked like sunglasses I was not surprised that they were not in the box. Maybe they mean that there is an anti-glare built in that allows you to wear them outside without a magnifying brightness.

Thankful for this great product.
When I passed beyond the highest drug store reader prescription, I was desperate (not wanting to spend $100 or more for reading glasses at an optician). These are a life saver (the 4.00 diopter). I haven't had them for a long time, so I can't speak to durability. Though, at the price, it would be easy to order even more. (The drug store readers always lose the nose pads and become nose torturers anyway! The solid plastic frame here avoids that.) The product I received looked exactly like the photo (despite someone's comment). In an ideal world, I'd love to see even stronger lenses...and some styles that aren't "nerdy-cool", but, hey, I'm very satisfied and grateful for this quality at this price. Thanks!

WHAT I needed them for and WHY FIVE stars.....AND AN EDIT!
EDIT: While the 1.75 work great for me reading MOST print, if print is REALLY small, sometimes I needed something stronger. I ordered the 2.25 in the TORTOISE, so I easily can tell which strength in the glasses. The black are 1.75, the Tortoise 2.25. SO if you sometimes need a pair a little stronger, GREAT you can get in another color AND another four pairs for 12.99!____________________________________________Just had CATARACT surgery on one eye, due to get the other done next week.I have always been very nearsighted, even with cataracts, I read without glasses. After having ONE eye done, which is now great for distance and even the computer, but can't read small print AT ALL out of that eye, I decided I had better get even cheap readers, so after second eye is done I can read if I HAVE to. I didn't want expensive readers because my vision could still change as both eyes healed, but wanted something for NOW.SO for those of you nearsighted folks getting cataract surgery and are getting both eyes done for distance, so you'll just need readers, THESE may be the way to go so you're not spending much right after surgery until you see EXACTLY what strength you may need when both eyes heal.MY EXPERIENCE getting them today and trying them:CLARITY/VISION - GREAT. I chose the 1.75 after looking at the eye chart here. I can easily block the eye with the cataract with a shield on the lens and I can read just fine with these out of the eye I just had cataract surgery on and can't see small print AT ALL. Well, the 1.75 is perfect. Again, as I get the other done and they both heal, may have to change to a different strength, but for now, GREAT.QUALITY - Well, for the price, hard to beat. Now, I will be GENTLY using these. During these times, I am at home virtually all the time except for doctor's appts., so I am going to just use ONE pair at a time, the others I will keep tucked away in their soft cases. IF I do need to drop them in a bag, I will use a HARD PLASTIC eyeglasses case I have to be on the safe side. The cases they come with may be fine for around the house, but they wouldn't be able to take any big impact.COST - OK, OMG. I paid about 13 bucks for four pair. EVEN if I need to replace them due to strength change later on or they broke, I would likely get these same ones again for the price.LOOKS - OK, not high fashion, although I find the Poindexter or Where's Waldo? look kind of cool, but then I'm almost 70 :-). Seems this nerdy style is in fashion though!COMES WITH CLEANING CLOTH, FOUR SLIGHTLY-PADDED soft cases and FOUR pairs of READERS. I see some reviews mentioning they didn't get sunglasses? with them, I didn't expect them nor would have used them. I have a sturdy, good pair of sunglasses, as especially after cataract surgery, I want a really good pair of sunglasses that blocks out light and UV rays well.SO....OVERALL....FIVE OUT OF FIVE STARS!

LOOK AT THE MAGNIFICATION POWER DISPLAYED BEFORE YOU PURCHASE
If you choose a magnification other than 1.25, it may be replaced automatically with 1.25 when the product goes into the shopping cart. IF IT IS 1.25 IN THE SHOPPING CART, GO BACK AND CHOOSE THE MAGNIFICATION YOU WANT, AND REPEAT THE PROCEDURE...THEN DELETE THE 1.25 MAGNIFICATION GLASSES IN THE SHOPPING CART BEFORE PROCEEDING.

Good quality plastic glasses for long-sightedness - highly recommended
I have to say that I am happy with the purchase of these glasses. They are made of good quality plastic, and the hinges are spring-loaded and feel very well made. The glasses/lens are very clear unlike some other plastic glasses which I have owned. Although the nose bridge of the glasses is not adjustable, the glasses fit me very well (typical Chinese face with fairly shallow nose bridge). I would recommend these glasses definitely.
