The main part Ash Cather was missing. Amazon should have control over items shipped.
This could have been an excellent item for pooja. & worship. Looks so decent and attractive and convenient. UNFORTUNATELY THE ASH CATHER WAS MISING. Amazon should have control over items being shipped, if the outgoing packages contain full an final number of products. At customers' end it is difficult to find out who is the problem maker. People have forgotten values like honesty from routine life... Such events affect customers' confidence from Amazon.

Quality needs improvement
From the time I opened the pack, I found the product to be flimsy and weak. The base was uneven. You can put only one agar Agni in the centre otherwise the side ones touches the body and makes it black. Price is high for such a product.
