I buy these as you get a good amount in the pack and I go through a lot due to my husbands snoring. They do reduce a fair amount of outside noise; it depends how heavily you sleep. Sometimes I wake In the night and can still hear him through them but if I go to sleep first I’m definitely not woken up through the night anymore , and they block out other noise such as the cat waking me up meowing or playing etc. they can be a little uncomfortable at first but each pair fits a little differently. I like the case they come in , keeps them safe and hygienic. Overall good performance and value for money.

I’ve tried other ear plugs for sleeping (my husband insists of playing the radio during the night. It never bothered me until the past year for some reason ) These are have solved the issue. Very comfortable to wear and block out noise I’ve reordered so I’m stocked up 😊

I bought these noise cancelling ear plugs to help me sleep better at night. My sister snores very loudly and it disturbs my rest. The ear plugs are comfortable to wear and they do reduce some of the noise, but not all of it. I can still hear her snoring faintly, which is annoying. I wish they were more effective at blocking out the sound completely. They are good for mild noise reduction, but not for heavy snoring.

These are okay for the price, they come in cute colours and individual boxes so good for travel and storing. I brought them because my room is next to a busy road, they muffle the noise but I can still hear the cars unfortunately.

I can’t sleep without these!

I am very pleased with them. They’re comfortable and stay in really well qt night. The colours are bright so easy to find if you drop one .

Hurt my ears a bit because the long end bit goes forward into ear when sleeping on my side. Still wearable though. I just try to fold it against my ear.
