Only used it once so far…
Used it once so far but I’m impressed, it seems to be well built. Only concern is the lock. I wish all lock pins came with a backup cotter pin for just in case. That’s just me though. I’m over cautions.I love red, my truck is red. Love everything red. The coating on this seems to be good quality and looks nice but as much as I love red. I’d prefer this was just black powder coat. Not a deal breaker just preference. Otherwise I love this and the price was great!

Shines like a new penny
My hitch was consistent with most of the reviews I read prior to purchase. Quality is great and it's sturdy. The anodized aluminum will stretch rather easily, so FYI if you are using on a regular basis.The best part, and the primary reason I purchased the bright red version, is there has been a noticeable reduction in tailgaters. That monster red hitch definitely grabs the attention of those that tend to follow too close. And that alone is worth every new penny.

Very nice hitch with beautiful finish.. mostly
Everything about this hitch is world-class. The fitment is perfect for the 2.5" receiver on my 2022 f250.The vibration reduction rings work flawlessly and it is much quieter than my old hitch that rattled and banged on every bump. Even on speed bumps, there is no noise. It came with 2 locking hitch pins that have matched keys, so you can keep one on your daily keychain and one on your spare key.It appears that there are some quality checks in place. One of the holes was re-honed after they put on the beautiful red anodized/candy red, top coat. I'm not super upset about it, but it could have been re-touched for aesthetics. I would have been more upset had they not caught it and shipped it with a hole out of tolerance.Overall, a very good product, and I highly recommend it.

Great piece at a great price!
I love this thing! I tow two to three different trailers at any given time with two different sizes of ball and three different heights.

Great fit - works amazing
Got a new truck and needed a new hitch. The tow rating on this matched what I needed and I liked the color. It was delivered quickly and the product wasn’t scratched or damaged. I recommend this hitch.

Anodization peeling and flaking after one month - and ten replaced by vendor
Updated - we contacted the vendor with our issue. They got straight back to us and sent us a new unit. More than happy with their response. Here’s hoping no problems with the new unit …!!!Very disappointing. Great looking product for first three or so weeks then anodization started flaking and peeling. Now looks like crap!
