This gets a 5 because it's great purchase for the price. Pretty straightforward to assemble as long as one follows the instructions carefully. Keep in mind that some of the drawings' perspectives are not oriented correctly, but one can still use them. The only tool necessary is a screwdriver, but there are a lot of fasteners and I prefer a power screwdriver. If you use a power screwdriver be careful with the fasteners that go into the plastic inserts that are pre-installed. You can get them too tight and make for difficulties later in construction. Just bring them flush with the pre-installed nut. Just follow the diagrams and you'll have a nice little storage unit at a very reasonable price.

It’s a great sturdy product. Ease of assembly, no damage-great packaging. However it’s smaller than expected or seems in photos, and I think the price is a bit high for the size. The bins they supply are better than most I’ve seen so that’s a plus. Happy with this purchase!

It is easy to put together. It seems sturdy enough. I was disappointed with it being smaller than it appears in pictures.

We bought this for our nursery. My fiance put it together. The pictures in the book are sometimes wrong but it's easy to figure out. It does take a little while to put together because of all the pieces. Use a power tool, it'll help out a bunch! It's shorter than what I expected but I believe it was worth it.

I bought this for my sons dorm as a TV stand/storage. Excellent purchase! Easy to assembly and looks really nice.

I would have actually would of given this product 4 stars or even a 3 if customer service would actually check to see what you ordered. My husband put this together with no issues except when it came time to put the baskets in and one of the baskets on the bottom was missing. It is the hard bottom that holds the basket in place and keep it's shape and it's very noticeable without the bottom is not sturdy or holds it shape. I contacted customer service and they assured me that it would be replaced. After not receiving it after a month I contacted them again. I was asked to be patient that it was coming from Hong Kong, I didn't know this before I ordered. Long story short over 2 months after contacting them I received the package today and it was to large for the basket so it didn't even go with this set. I am very disappointed in the customer service, if I still pad the packaging the entire thing would go back.
