It was a gift .& he loves it!

Returned watch due to defect, said send back, haven't heard since.....returned over a month ago. Called customer service today & all the options they gave me were invalid. I guess I just threw that money away.

This watch is beautiful. I bought it for my husband. The only thing I didn't like was the manufacturer did not send instructions as to how to set it. I fiddled around with it and got it set. Another thing is that people need to know that the watch is not waterproof.

The watch comes with NO manual. Setting the day & date requires perseverance. (A Half vs Full pull up of top knob and clock vs. counterclockwise motion) - but I'm still not sure if tomorrow it will advance from Sat(rday) to Sun(day) or stay on Saturday but in French! The second hand frequently doesn't line up with the 60 second markings. Putting on the chain also requires great perseverance. It comes with a running battery but I don't see any easy way to remove the back side cover to replace the battery - I may have to take it to a jeweler to do that. Isn't as massive (or big) as actual early 20th Century pocket watches.

Very cheap watch. Feels cheap. Crown rattles around. Go for a $30 watch instead.

This watch made a beautiful gift for my nephew who earned his Eagle Scout award. It has several functions and he is very proud of it.
