NOT MICROWAVE SAFE
The description specifically states that it's microwave safe!!! Upon receiving the mug I flipped it over and lo and behold, the bottom of the mug says 'hand wash only do not microwave'. I do not purchase mugs I cannot microwave and this was a waste of my time and money.
