Delivered exactly when it was supposed to be. Fairly simple to put together with all tools provided. It’s definitely way bigger than I expected, if you’re 5’8” or shorter it may be too tall. For the speed, the best I can get is about 25mph which is plenty fast enough for me. I haven’t ran it enough to see if the battery last 65 miles but seems great. I seen some reviews about the pedal assist lag but I found zero lag. The second I started pedaling, it takes off like a rocket. I’d have to say “just buy it”. For the price it sure seems like a great e-bike. There is a small scratch in the computer screen but not worth complaining about, though the screen is difficult to see in the sun.

Smooth ride: 4/5 compared to street bikes on streets. 6/5 compared to street bikes off road, good shocks good tire cushionPower: 5/5 goes up to 29 mph and has powered up every steep hill I've attempted.Speeed: 5/5 goes so fast I finally decided to buy a helmet.Charge: on a full charge going on 5/5 setting pedaling as much as possible through DFW metroplex the furthest it has made it was 16 miles. I did this twice so that seems to be a reliable guage of the range of this bike's battery on full charge.Bike quality: good , not great. 4/5 but quite a value for the $469 i paid at the time of purchase.Tires: you will get a flat. THE FIRST THING YOU SHOULD DO WHEN YOU BUY THIS BIKE IS GO BUY SOME Tannus Armour Tire Liners (or any other brand) to keep you from getting a flat because having a flat on this thing is a big deal compared to a normal bicycle.

This is a great product with solid frames and durability. The bike was very securely packed and shipped on time. It was easy to assemble and fun to ride. The gear system and the breaks are very steady. My Son loves his bike and can be used for smalll commutes that has uphill reads and traffic safely. Very happy for the purchase.

Very nice bike exactly as described and appears to be made well. did have a few problems but seller has been great to work with to resolve.

I've had it for two weeks I got over 100 miles on it and the lowest I've ever got the battery is three bars man it's fast and I go ten miles to church and back every day that's 20 miles and still got three bars on it when I get home very good bike if there are better bikes I wanna see cause I ride every day everywhere I go on mine and I wouldn't trade it for nothing it's got great brakes an very smooth ride I ride mine with no hands it's that smooth an plenty of power an I can pick it up an store it anywhere

The bike itself was pretty fun when I first got it and nothing really to build just charge battery and it was ready.Fast forward to about 3 months later when I finally have time to ride it again it won't turn on. I try putting the battery on the charger but it showed it was full. I contact support and they send me a video with 0 sound and tell me to put it into a debug mode, I try my best to figure out how to get there but the menu they show in the video is a little different. I send them more info and still nothing. so they send another video again saying that it needs to go into debug mode and I need to change parameters. again 0 sound and just saying debug mode. This all took about a month for this back and forth but still nothing. Bike does not come with instructions on how to get into debug mode and customer support takes forever. I have chalked this bike up to a loss. It was fun but buyer beware of this bike not working out of nowhere.

This bike is so much fun. If you're considering getting your first ebike this is a good option. I recommend buying a second battery for long trips. I only get about 20 miles range on a single charge using the highest pedal assist mode.Again, this thing is a ton of fun.Easy to assemble. Easy to adjust the seat. Front wheel has quick release. Recommend wearing a helmet for safety. Also you'll want to buy some spare inner tubes.

I didn’t realize how much more fun bike riding would be with a little assist when needed or full on electric.I’ve been on my bike everyday since its arrival.Now the Queen song Bicycle has a whole new meaning, because I can definitely relate.Having had a total knee replacement and not being able to run for exercise. I made the choice to purchase the bike as a means of exercising as a replacement for running.The concern I had about riding and possibly having issues with my knee or the fact I haven’t been able to workout since leaving the military, are completely gone.I’m able to ride and raise my heart rate, and not have any problems with my knee.I absolutely LOVE my bike. So much so I have told all my friends and even encouraged a few veterans that I know to consider purchasing their very own bikes as well.Best gift that I have ever given myself!!
