bought this for making l.reuteri yoghurt and works a treat. Easy to mix with excellent results.

Arrived today, so hoping this helps with my constipation, bloated stomach and insomnia. It has a slightly sweet smell, did a little taste test, not overly sweet. Gave 4 stars for efficient delivery, on time, on the day, delivered with care, package not damaged. Ordered 1kg as cheaper and will last longer, will update in a month after using.

It asked me to rate on flavour, but this is completely flavourless, so I gave it 5* because that's exactly what it should be. It's completely tasteless and dissolves completely into drinks with no aftertaste or bits. It doesn't change the texture of anything you out it in so is a very easy way to increase the fibre in your foods without even knowing it's there. You could put it in a glass of water and not even know from the taste, appearance or 'thickness' of the water. It's amazing stuff and very good value from this company. Highly recommend it and them.

I bought this for making yogurt, can`t fault it.

I started with the chewy sweet version of inulin but put down my ‘hay fever’ to just that. Swapping to this powder seemed a cheaper option as I still hoped to get benefits but the reaction was overwhelming, sadly. Anti allergy tablets had no effect and I was really miserable. Three days after stopping taking the inulin my life was normal again.I found the powder so easy to take - dissolves in a cup of tea or coffee so easily, or sprinkled on cereal- but I didn’t really notice any digestive benefits, sadly.But be careful if you are someone who is prone to hay fever as you might not be able to take this.

This was recommended by one of the many daytime TV programmes, talking about fibre and fat around your organs!!! I've given ago and it don't know whether it's really had a benefit but it tastes fine in my morning coffee.
