A quality AED cabinet, but a slightly tricky latch
This is a quality, well-built cabinet. The latch works well, though I wish it was slightly easier to operate. In an emergency, it might take a few extra seconds for someone to operate correctly- and in a situation where you need an AED, every second counts. It does aid against accidental opening though. For the latch, you just have to press the red button that says "push", but it is small and it takes a little force. So, someone with long fingernails or a dexiterity impairment might have difficulty. Also, the instinct in an emergency might be to just grab the handle and pull, which won't open it until the latch is disengaged. The handle comes mounted on the inside of the door and is the only "assembly" needed. It is attached with two large bolts and you will need a Phillips head screwdriver to flip it to the outside of the door. It does include instructions (with pictures) for this. I got the model without the door alarm, but instructions for how to set that up were also included. The paint/enamel looks bright and professional. The AED markings are on both sides and the front door on the acrylic window. The markings are clear and neat. The size looks adequate to hold all AED models I've come across without having to squeeze them in. The mounting hardware is included (four self-tapping screws and plastic drywall inserts if needed).

Wensha AED Cabinet: Perfect for an AED and a first aid kit
I ordered the Wensha AED Defibrillator Wall Mounted Cabinet to store a first aid kit and an AED in my garage. Although, I was able to mount the Steel Storage Cabinet on the wall by myself the install is really a two-person job.All is well with the unit except for the snap lock … it took me a couple of times to figure out the locking mechanism. The locking system could use some refinement. The included instructions only discussed the install of the light/alarm/battery system – the directions were silent on everything else. [Now I know why there is a light/alarm system – to keep the AED units from walking away on their own.]The folks at Wensha and their manufacturer created a well-constructed cabinet with the appropriate attributes for its designated job. The paint job is superb. The unit protrudes about eight inches from the wall so be sure to place it in the “right” location or you will hear a bunch of SpongeBob sentence enhancers when folks hit it with the right side of their body.

Solid, Well Built Cabinet
This AED cabinet is exactly what it needs to be—well-built, simple to install, and easy to use. I opted for the version without an alarm, and I have no complaints about the construction. It feels sturdy and durable, and the setup was quick and straightforward. The magnetic closures are strong enough to keep the door shut but not so strong that they make opening it difficult. The latch is my only real concern—it’s simple and intuitive under normal circumstances, but in an emergency, when someone is panicking and trying to get to the AED fast, it might take longer than it should to figure out. There’s no way to disable the latch that I can see, so it’s something to consider when placing this in a high-traffic or emergency-prone area. That said, this is a solid product that does exactly what it should. If I could improve one thing, I’d add a label that clearly points to the latch with a simple "PUSH" instruction—just to eliminate any possible hesitation in an emergency. Five stars for quality and functionality, with just a minor tweak that could make it even better.
